I admit,it has not been easy, I have tried to take images of these birds courting in mid air with every camera and lens combo for past four years and I got a few far away shots but, none as good as these. These birds fly at a supersonic speed and change their pattern so fast that it is hard to keep

Birds as usual The real reason was the Resplendent Quetzal and at 9000 feet I did manage to find a pair what with poor light and dense vegetation and farmers time restriction. It was well wort the trip after capturing these magnificent birds. Enjoy. Harish
