helical tension spring in a movement?

Is this common? If so, where? Spotted in an Olympic chronograph at the Omega museum - a movement with a helical spring used in tension, upper center.

Bezel Replaced and bright nato put on

Something a bit different

Still a diver but with a twist: the pure white dial doesn't reveal its trick until you get in a darker room. Crown protectors could be a bit shorter, same with the lugs but less of an issue on the 39. Yema have been steadily improving movements as well as
