Hi 👋 All, Thanks to member brandon.c alerting us to a pocket watch with a unique dial made by THE enamel Queen Anita Porchet, Anita was then kind enough to share us with some amazing information on this piece !

Since this piece was signed "A Porchet", this signature means that she worked on this dial all on her own. Around 5 to 10% of her atelier's yearly production bears such signature. With others signed "AP", those dials are worked on by her and her team under her direction supervision. For more informa

A new treat has landed

The rarely seen 2011 Limited Edition American 1921 in Yellow Gold made for the opening of Vacheron Constantin's first US boutique. It has been well worn over the years, but that just adds to the charm for me.

Still enamored with the Ingenieur

Going twenty plus days now and I relish this watch. Very versatile and a bit under the radar, and 40mm is nothing short of perfection in my eyes. Wishing you all a great week!

Woke up this morning feeling my age...

...and so I thought it would be appropriate to wear something as old as I am. Glad that she gave me some reassurance that... old can still be great. (and yes, I did not set the pc properly -- can someone share a digital manual, or the correct way/sequence to set the date?)
